Our reception team will email you when your registration has been processed and you can arrange your appointment. At busy times of the year this can take 3 working days.
If your matter is urgent, call us now and we will try to process your form immediately. PLEASE NOTE: priority for emergency appointment slots is given to existing patients and children requiring assistance first.
